Information on the membership conditions

A membership with the VIP CUSTOMERS CLUB requires the possession and ownership of a MORELO motorhome.

A membership of the MORELO FRIENDS CLUB is not subject to any conditions.

Should you not be an owner of a MORELO motorhome anymore, your membership with the VIP CUSTOMERS CLUB will expire automatically.

A transformation of a MORELO FRIENDS membership into the VIP CUSTOMERS CLUB is possible. Please forward a proof attesting an ownership of a MORELO motorhome. Please either contact us by phone or mail.

In case of a partnership (marriage, registered partnership etc.), only the owner can become a member in the MORELO CLUB.

Memberships are non-transferable.

There is no right to a membership.

MORELO Reisemobile GmbH reserves the right to reject membership applications or cancel memberships without stating any particular reason.

Notes on data processing

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect to the future by telephone on +49 (0) 9552 - 92960-0, by e-mail to info@morelo.eu or by mail to MORELO Reisemobile GmbH, Helmut-Reimann-Straße 2, D-96132 Schlüsselfeld. Your data will be stored until the consent is revoked and there are no longer any legal storage periods. You have the right to complain about this data processing to the competent supervisory authority for data protection and you also can under statutory conditions request information, correction deletion or limited processing, object to the processing or assert your right to data transfer.
