We can't introduce you to every one of our 430 First Class employees, but at least you can get to know some of them a little better here.
Robert Crispens
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With 23 years in the industry and as one of the first employees, he knows MORELO like the back of his hand. His enthusiasm for black numbers and perfectly managed books ensured that he was appointed authorized representative in 2017. And because this decision has proven successful, he was appointed managing director in 2020 to succeed company founder Jochen Reimann and has been in charge of the company's financial fortunes ever since. As an enthusiastic camper, the family father enjoys traveling with a MORELO himself and therefore knows exactly what our customers are looking for in a first class motorhome.
Ralf Schütte
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With more than 35 years in the motorhome industry and over four decades travelling by motorhome himself, Ralf Schütte knows the world on wheels in all its facets. He joined MORELO in 2018 to support the company’s strong growth with clear processes, structured production and a consistent focus on quality – and since 2026 he has been responsible for these areas as Managing Director. What he values at MORELO is the strong team spirit at the plant and the shared ambition to build first-class motorhomes to the very highest standards. He finds balance by jogging, cycling and cave diving in flooded mines in the Sauerland region – where, in the truest sense of the word, he dives into a different world.
Dominik Krupka
Head of Market Division Germany
Dominik Krupka has been part of the MORELO team since 2023 and has served as Head of Market Division Germany since 2026. As the primary point of contact for our German retail partners, he oversees all day-to-day sales matters—from sales volume and sales organization to translating market impulses into our vehicles. In short: if a plan is needed anywhere, Dominik is usually already on it. What he values most about MORELO is the close-knit, family-like atmosphere and the feeling of being “welcome home” from the very first moment. He balances his work by enthusiastically tinkering with cars, working out at the gym, or riding his e-mountain bike.
Tobias Körner
Sales Manager International
Our multi-talent and walking dictionary. Tobias not only speaks several languages, but also understands the art of listening. This is why he can always be found at international trade fairs where the best conversations take place. Always with a smile on his face and a solution up his sleeve, he ensures that also our international customers feel well looked after. In his spare time, he likes to swap his desk for a motorhome and explore Italy, France, Austria and, of course, Germany. When he's not travelling, he likes to immerse himself in history books, listen to classical music by Liszt or Wagner and play the piano himself. Tobias brings harmonious tones to our team in every respect.
Dieter Glasbrenner

Simply doing the beautiful things in life without waiting too long. By applying this motto, Dieter Glasbrenner cannot be held back by anything to spend his spare time in nature. It does not matter whether by motorcycle, bike or skies. In his own motorhome any journey becomes a highlight. Our authentic sales consultant with Swabian dialect and great passion for the product boasts a contagious enthusiasm for MORELO. With over 25 years of experience as a professional, he is a well-rounded expert in the segment of luxury motorhomes and always knows what customers wish for.
Jürgen Langstengel

There are most likely only very few people in the motorhome industry who are capable of explaining the small and big technical aspects of a motorhome as understandable, precise and exciting as our „explanator“ Jürgen Langstengel. It is therefore not a great surprise that the enthusiastic motorcyclist has not only been dedicated to factory handovers with an enormous passion for detail, but also to our MORELO explainer videos. He has always been fascinated by large vehicles and technology. Whether as a child, the agricultural and construction machinery in the family business or in his former job as a truck salesman at Daimler Truck AG, the trucks in all sizes. Thanks to his affinity for technology and decades of experience, he is able to respond precisely to his customers' needs because he knows the vehicles inside out. He has been an enthusiastic camper for a good ten years and whenever possible, he explores Franconia and the rest of Europe together with his family. For him, MORELO is the place where all these things come together and where he can share his know-how in personal conversations with prospective customers and clients.
