Dear MORELO friends,
From May 29 to June 1, 2025, we warmly welcome you BACK HOME for the big family gathering at Schlüsselberg! Spend an extended Ascension weekend with us, full of special MORELO moments, and create memories that will last a lifetime. This year, we are once again offering factory tours with exciting behind-the-scenes insights. Look forward to a diverse program with workshops, presentations, bike tours, carriage rides, our first-class beer garden, and legendary parties every evening.
There is also another reason to celebrate: 15 years of MORELO! Enjoy a year of anniversary celebrations filled with exciting offers.

Please note: In the past, we unfortunately experienced several instances where guests did not show up for their reservation without canceling. To address this, we are charging a reservation fee of 50 € per vehicle. Since we also want to minimize administrative effort, we will not be issuing gift vouchers this year. Instead, we would like to do good together with you: the reservation fees will be donated to local organizations such as kindergartens, schools, sports clubs, the Johanniter, and our volunteer fire department.
KEYFACTS
| 1.) | Please note that you can only register one motorhome per registration. A registration fee of €50 will be charged per registration. |
| 2.) | Due to organizational reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to reserve specific parking spaces. If you would like to park next to your friends or acquaintances, we kindly ask you to arrive together. |
| 3.) | Since our parking spaces with power supply are limited, a reservation is only possible if a health condition requires it. A flat fee of €30 will be charged for this. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for participants who genuinely need the space! |
| 4.) | If, contrary to expectations, you are unable to attend our MORELO OPEN, please send your cancellation in writing to events@morelo.eu. |
| 5.) | If you cancel your participation, neither the transfer of your parking space nor the paid registration fee to third parties is possible. A refund is excluded. |
| 6.) | After entering your details, you will receive an email that you must confirm to proceed with the registration. Please also check your spam folder. |
| 7.) | After successful payment (processing time max. 3 working days), you will receive a confirmation email with your final ticket. Only then is the registration officially complete! |
| 8.) | To capture fantastic moments once again, please note that photo and audio recordings will be made throughout the entire event. Information about the use of your personal data can be found in our > Privacy Policy. |
