WAGE ADJUSTMENTS 2026
Message from the management to the workforce
Effective 01/01/2026, the MORELO in-house pay scale will be adjusted, resulting in an increase in monthly wages. For this pay adjustment, MORELO is aligning with the current demands of IG Metall. Employees who are no longer in their probation period will also continue to receive a monthly non-cash benefit voucher in 2026 of up to €45.
It is important to us that our employees do not experience disadvantages due to inflation.
