for customers, contractual partners, interested parties of MORELO Reisemobile GmbH according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DS-GVO)

RESPONSIBLE ENTITY / DATA PROTECTION

MORELO Reisemobile GmbH
Helmut-Reimann-Str. 2
96132 Schlüsselfeld
E-mail: info@morelo.eu

Data protection contact: datenschutz@morelo.eu

CATEGORIES / SOURCE OF DATA

In the context of an order for print media, we collect and process the following personal data:

> Contact details (first name, last name)
> Address (street, house number, postal code, city, country)
> if applicable, e-mail address
> if applicable, telephone number

We generally receive your personal data directly from you as part of your order for print media.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF DATA PROCESSING

When processing your personal data, we always comply with the provisions of the EU GDPR, the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act), and other applicable legal regulations.

Your personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures (e.g., preparing offers for products or services) and for fulfilling contractual obligations (e.g., providing our services or processing orders/contracts/payments) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU GDPR), or where there is a legal obligation to process data (e.g., due to tax law requirements) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c EU GDPR). These are the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected.

Of course, data processing may also be based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU GDPR). Before obtaining your consent, we will inform you about the purpose of the processing and your right to withdraw consent under Art. 7 para. 3 EU GDPR.

Your personal data will only be processed for the purpose of detecting criminal offenses under the conditions of Art. 10 EU GDPR.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

As soon as your data is no longer required for the purposes stated above or you have withdrawn your consent, it will be deleted by us. Data may be retained beyond the contractual relationship only where we are legally obliged or entitled to do so. For example, retention obligations are set out in the German Commercial Code (HGB) or the German Fiscal Code (AO), which may require data to be kept for up to ten years. In addition, statutory limitation periods must be observed.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA / CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

Within our company, we ensure that only the departments and individuals who need your data to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations receive it.

Your data will be forwarded to our authorized dealers in your region and used solely to process your catalog order.

In many cases, service providers support our departments in carrying out their tasks. The necessary data protection agreements have been concluded with all service providers.

DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES / INTENTION TO TRANSFER

Data will only be transferred to third countries (outside the European Union or the European Economic Area) if required for the execution of the contractual relationship, if legally required, or if you have given your consent.

At present, we do not transfer your personal data to any service providers or group companies outside the European Economic Area.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Your rights as a data subject are set out in Articles 15–22 of the EU GDPR. These include:

> Right of access (Art. 15 EU GDPR)
> Right to rectification (Art. 16 EU GDPR)
> Right to erasure (Art. 17 EU GDPR)
> Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 EU GDPR)
> Right to object to processing (Art. 21 EU GDPR)
> Right to data portability (Art. 20 EU GDPR)

To exercise these rights, please contact: datenschutz@morelo.eu. The same applies if you have questions about how your data is processed in our company or if you wish to withdraw consent previously given. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

If we process your data to protect legitimate interests, you may object to such processing at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or unless the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time without providing reasons; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA

For the initiation or execution of a contractual relationship, you are required to provide certain personal data. This is necessary for establishing, carrying out, and terminating the contractual relationship, as well as fulfilling the associated contractual and legal obligations.
Without this data, it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract.

AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION-MAKING

We do not use purely automated processing procedures to make decisions.
