DESCRIPTION:
The entry footstep will not move in automatically when pushing the button.
POTENTIAL REASONS:
> The shear pin is broken. If this is the case, you can simply move the step manually.
> The motor is broken. If this is the case, the step cannot be moved manually.
Flap in the footstep manually:
Step 1: | On the right side behind the footstep you can find a pin with which you need to attach the footstep later on. |
Step 2: | Move both the footstep and the cover upwards manually. |
Step 3: | Attach the footstep with the pin. |
Separate the entry footstep from the motor and flap it in manually:
Step 1: | Fasten the nut on the screw with a wrench so that the screw can move out. Thus, you can separate the footstep from the motor and you can operate it manually. |
Step 2: | On the right side behind the footstep you can find a pin with which you need to attach the footstep later on. |
Step 3: | Move both the footstep and the cover upwards manually. |
Step 4: | Attach the footstep with the pin. |
