Flap in the entry doorstep manually and secure it while driving
Do It Yourself

DESCRIPTION:
The entry footstep will not move in automatically when pushing the button.

POTENTIAL REASONS:
> The shear pin is broken. If this is the case, you can simply move the step manually.
> The motor is broken. If this is the case, the step cannot be moved manually.

Flap in the footstep manually:

Step 1: On the right side behind the footstep you can find a pin with which you need to attach the footstep later on.
Step 2:  Move both the footstep and the cover upwards manually.
Step 3: Attach the footstep with the pin.

Separate the entry footstep from the motor and flap it in manually:

Step 1: Fasten the nut on the screw with a wrench so that the screw can move out. Thus, you can separate the footstep from the motor and you can operate it manually.
Step 2: On the right side behind the footstep you can find a pin with which you need to attach the footstep later on.
Step 3: Move both the footstep and the cover upwards manually.
Step 4: Attach the footstep with the pin.
