The Gut Damp estate traces its origins back to the 15th century when it belonged to the Bishops of Schleswig. First mentioned as "Damp" in 1517, the estate underwent significant developments over time, including the construction of the present manor house by Melchior von der Wisch between 1595 and 1597, and the erection of the farm buildings by Otto Rantzau in 1640. From 1656, the Ahlefeldt family owned the estate and transformed it into a baroque gem. In 1803, it passed to the Qualen family and later to the Counts of Reventlow. The manor house captivates visitors with its grand hall and an impressive organ.

Gut Wulfshagen
03.06.2026 or 16.09.2026
The historic Wulfshagen estate was built in 1699 by Baron von Liliencron and is characterized by its Dutch Baroque architecture. It is part of an extensive estate dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, which has been almost completely preserved in its original form to this day. In 1787, the property passed into the possession of the von Qualen family. Since Karl and Liane von Qualen had no descendants, they bequeathed the estate to Ludwig Graf zu Reventlow, a nephew of Liane von Qualen.
Gut Altenhof
04.06.2026 or 17.09.2026
Owned by the von Brockdorff family since 1550, the first manor house of Altenhof was likely built in the area of today's southern wing. In 1691, the estate passed to Henning von Reventlow, whose descendants constructed the main part of the current building between 1722 and 1728. During the 19th century, it underwent classicist and neo-Gothic modifications, followed by neo-Baroque redesigns by Paul Schultze-Naumburg in the early 20th century. Since 1938, it has been owned by Marie-Luise von Bethmann-Hollweg and remains in family hands to this day.
Schloss Gelting
16.05.2025 or 19.09.2025
Schloss Gelting, owned by the Danish crown since 1231, was a medieval fortress whose fortifications remain intact to this day. The east wing, dating back to the 15th century, was remodeled in 1880, while the west wing was built around 1670. After changing ownership in the 18th century, it returned to Danish possession in 1736. Significant changes were made by Seneca Ingwersen, who rebuilt the central structure with double-depth architecture and, together with Johann Caspar Bechstedt, introduced the transition to an English landscape garden style.
