Imagine driving your MORELO motorhome through the snow-covered landscapes of Scandinavia ❄️ – past frozen lakes, through silent forests, all the way to the legendary Arctic Circle. That’s exactly what awaits you on the exclusive MORELO Experience Lapland Tour, a 16-day winter journey full of adventure, comfort, and unforgettable moments.
From January 23 to February 7, 2026, and from February 10 to 25, 2026, you’ll experience a perfectly organized tour that will take you not only across new territory but also on an emotional journey. ✨
Over approximately 2,900 kilometers, you’ll discover the magic of the North – whether it’s a thrilling snowmobile ride, a romantic dog sled tour, or a relaxing time at the spa. And if you're craving something spectacular, our > Ice Drifting Rally will get your adrenaline pumping.
In the evenings, enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the "Fire & Ice" gatherings 🔥🧊 with fellow MORELO travelers – and with a little luck, the northern lights will dance across the sky. Delicious food and drink are, of course, included.

- Refunds in case of cancellation are not possible. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
- Pets are generally very welcome. However, additional costs may apply. Please note that pets are not allowed in restaurants and bars.
- For sauna visits, we kindly ask you to wear swimwear.
- Distance: Approximately 2,900 km in total. The official start and end of the tour is in Malmö, Sweden. Arrival and departure are organized individually.

Welcome to Malmö – the gateway to your unforgettable journey through Scandinavia!
Start your tour at your own pace and enjoy the freedom of independent travel. Discover the beauty of the landscape along the way, stop wherever you please, and leave the everyday behind.
Check-in at the campsite is possible from 3:00 PM. In the evening, a cozy group dinner awaits you in a relaxed atmosphere – a wonderful opportunity to get to know your fellow travelers and get in the mood for the adventures ahead.

Day 2 | 24.01. / 11.02.2026: Drive from Malmö to Linköping | 420 km (420 km)
Experience Sweden – the journey is the destination!
Today marks our first joint stage through the glittering winter landscape of southern Sweden. Enjoy the drive in your MORELO and experience the calm and vastness that make this country so unique.
After about 294 kilometers, you can take a pleasant lunch break in Jönköping. Those interested can visit the local museum, featuring fascinating artworks and historical exhibits.
In the late afternoon, around 5 PM, we arrive at our campsite in Linköping. Take your time to settle in, relax, and unwind.
The evening concludes with an exclusive 3-course dinner at a selected restaurant in Linköping – the perfect end to an eventful day.

Day 3 | 25.01. / 12.02.2026: Drive from Linköping to Ljusne | 420 km (840 km)
Experience Sweden – culture, nature, and pleasure
Today we continue north – and after about 266 kilometers, we reach the traditional university city of Uppsala, one of Sweden’s most beautiful cities. A stop here is definitely worthwhile: the impressive Gothic cathedral dominates the cityscape and invites you for a short stroll through the old town.
For lunch, you can dine at the charming restaurant Domtrappkällaren, known for its cozy atmosphere and Swedish cuisine.
After another 170 kilometers, we arrive at Ljusnefors Camping on Sweden’s east coast – idyllically located at the mouth of the Ljusnan River, surrounded by water and forests.
In the evening, we enjoy a seasonal 3-course dinner and let the day end in a relaxed atmosphere – perhaps with a view of the sunset over the river.

Day 4 | 26.01. / 13.02.2026: Drive from Ljusne to Umeå | 410 km (1,250 km)
Experience Sweden – art
Today we continue our journey north along the east coast to Umeå, the European Capital of Culture 2014 – known for its youthful, creative spirit and proximity to the untouched nature of Lapland.
On the way, you may want to stop in Sundsvall. Art lovers can visit the Sundsvall Museum, featuring impressive abstract paintings, fascinating historical exhibits, and an inspiring look into the Swedish art scene.
In the evening, we reach First Camp Umeå, where you’ll have time to settle in and relax. The day ends with a stylish dinner – modern cuisine, fine flavors, and a touch of Swedish hospitality make for a delightful conclusion. 🍽️

Day 5 | 27.01. / 14.02.2026: Drive from Umeå to Malå | 200 km (1,450 km)
Experience Sweden – tranquility, charm, and adventure
Today we reach our major interim destination: Malå – our base camp for the next six days. This charming place captivates with its peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to combine relaxation with excitement.
Enjoy the warm local hospitality, indulge in culinary delights, and explore the surroundings at your own pace.
In the evening, at 7:00 PM, another highlight awaits: a lovingly prepared dinner to perfectly round off the day.

Experience Sweden – relaxation and activity in harmony
Today is a rest day in Malå – the perfect opportunity to recharge your energy. Relax in the sauna, enjoy the warm outdoor jacuzzi, or rent skis or a snowboard and test out the on-site ski lift.
During the following five days in Malå, relaxing and active days alternate, giving you the perfect mix of warmth, culinary pleasure, snow fun, and a touch of adrenaline.

These days in Malå are full of action and unforgettable experiences. Look forward to exciting activities:

The final stages of our journey take us back from Malå to Malmö over four days. Along the way, you can once again enjoy the beautiful winter landscapes, reflect on the experiences of the past days, and savor the freedom of traveling independently in your MORELO.
On the evening of our arrival in Malmö, a festive farewell dinner awaits – the perfect moment to conclude our shared journey and reminisce together.

Individual return journey
On the final day, our shared tour comes to an end. You begin your individual journey home – filled with unforgettable experiences and memories of a unique Scandinavian adventure.

Snowmobile tour
Today we will experience an exciting snowmobile tour. During the introduction and test ride, we will become familiar with the scooter before setting off on our tour through the impressive landscape of Lapland. The route takes us over frozen lakes and through (hopefully) snow-covered forests. After this experience we are going to warm up again with a hot soup.
Highlight 2
Ice drifting rally
A drifting rally on ice is the ultimate adventure for everyone who loves a thrill - and not just for motorsport fans. You could expect the breathtaking natural backdrop of Sweden on a frozen lake in Malå. Experience the speed and driving fun in cars that perform spectacular drifts on the mirror-smooth surface. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, we also have the chance to get behind the wheel ourselves and put our driving skills to the test on the ice. You will glide through the curves, the snow is about to swirl around and the adrenaline rises. Get ready for a winter adventure that will get your pulse racing!
Highlight 3
Husky sleigh ride
We are going to be visited by huskies directly at our MORELO camp! After an initial greeting from the lively animals, we wrap up warm and head off in a sled through snowy landscapes. The power of the dogs is impressive and gliding through nature is a unique experience. Afterwards, there is plenty of time to stroke the trusting dogs and learn more about their care and the technique of dog sledding.
