Imagine driving your MORELO motorhome through the snow-covered landscapes of Scandinavia ❄️ – past frozen lakes, through silent forests, all the way to the legendary Arctic Circle. That’s exactly what awaits you on the exclusive MORELO Experience Lapland Tour, a 16-day winter journey full of adventure, comfort, and unforgettable moments.
From February 09 to February 25, 2027, you’ll experience a perfectly organized tour that will take you not only across new territory but also on an emotional journey. ✨
Over approximately 2,900 kilometers, you’ll discover the magic of the North – whether it’s a thrilling snowmobile ride, a romantic dog sled tour, or a relaxing time at the spa. And if you're craving something spectacular, our > Ice Drifting Rally will get your adrenaline pumping.
In the evenings, enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the "Fire & Ice" gatherings 🔥🧊 with fellow MORELO travelers – and with a little luck, the northern lights will dance across the sky. Delicious food and drink are, of course, included.

FURTHER INFORMATION
- We will stay overnight at campsites with electricity and sanitary facilities
- A refund of the price in the event of cancellation is not possible. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
- Pets are generally very welcome. However, additional costs may apply. Please note that pets are unfortunately not allowed in restaurants and bars.
- For the sauna visit, please wear swimwear.
- Distance: approx. 2,900 km in total. The official start and end of the tour is in Malmö, Sweden. Arrival and departure are organised individually.

Day 1 | 09.02.2027: Malmö | 0 km (0 km)
Welcome to Malmö – the gateway to your unforgettable journey through Scandinavia!
Shape the start of your tour entirely according to your own wishes and enjoy the freedom of travelling independently. Discover the beauty of the landscape along the way, stop wherever you like and leave everyday life behind.
Check-in at the campsite is possible from 3:00 p.m. In the evening, a relaxed shared dinner awaits you – a wonderful opportunity to get to know your fellow travellers and look forward together to the experiences ahead.
Day 2 | 10.02.2027: Drive from Malmö to Linköping | 420 km (420 km)
Today marks the beginning of our first shared stage through the sparkling winter landscape of southern Sweden. Enjoy the drive in your MORELO and experience the tranquillity and vastness that make this country so unique.
Day 3 | 11.02.2027: Drive from Linköping to Ljusne | 420 km (840 km)
Today’s stage takes us further north – and after around 266 kilometres we reach the historic university city of Uppsala, one of Sweden’s most beautiful cities. A stop here is definitely worthwhile: the impressive Gothic cathedral shapes the cityscape and invites you to take a short walk through the old town.
After another 170 kilometres, we reach Ljusnefors Campsite on Sweden’s east coast – idyllically located at the mouth of the Ljusnan River, surrounded by water and forests.
Day 4 | 12.02.2027: Drive from Ljusne to Umeå | 410 km (1,250 km)
Today we continue our journey north. The route takes us along the east coast to Umeå, the European Capital of Culture in 2014 – known for its youthful, creative atmosphere and its proximity to the untouched nature of Lapland.
Along the way, you can make a stop in Sundsvall. Those who wish can visit the Sundsvall Museum: impressive abstract paintings, fascinating historical exhibitions and an inspiring insight into the Swedish art scene.
In the evening, we arrive at First Camp Umeå, where you will have time to settle in and relax.
Day 5 | 13.02.2027: Drive from Umeå to Malå | 200 km (1,450 km)
Today we reach our major interim destination: Malå – our base camp for the next six days. Enjoy the warm local atmosphere, indulge in culinary delights and discover the surroundings at your own pace.
Day 6 | 14.02.2027: Malå | 0 km (1,450 km)
Today is a rest day in Malå – the perfect opportunity to recharge your batteries. Relax in the sauna, enjoy the pleasantly warm outdoor whirlpool or rent skis or a snowboard and try out the on-site ski lift.
Day 7 - 11 | 15.02. - 19.02.2027: Malå | 0 km (1,450 km)
The coming days are yours to shape entirely according to your wishes. Choose the activities that suit you best from a range of exciting options.

The final stages of our journey take us back from Malå to Malmö. Along the way, you can once again enjoy the beautiful winter landscape.
Day 14 | 22.02.2027: Drive from Ljusne to Linköping | 420 km (2,480 km)
The final stages of our journey take us back from Malå to Malmö. Along the way, you can once again enjoy the beautiful winter landscape.
Day 15 | 23.02.2027: Drive from Linköping to Malmö | 420 km (2,900 km)
On the evening of our arrival in Malmö, a festive farewell dinner awaits us – the perfect moment to bring our shared journey to a fitting close and share memories.

On the final day, our shared tour comes to an end. You will begin your individual journey home – with many unforgettable experiences and memories of a unique round trip through Scandinavia.

Snowmobile tour
Today we will experience an exciting snowmobile tour. During the introduction and test ride, we will become familiar with the scooter before setting off on our tour through the impressive landscape of Lapland. The route takes us over frozen lakes and through (hopefully) snow-covered forests. After this experience we are going to warm up again with a hot soup.

Ice drifting rally
A drifting rally on ice is the ultimate adventure for everyone who loves a thrill - and not just for motorsport fans. You could expect the breathtaking natural backdrop of Sweden on a frozen lake in Malå. Experience the speed and driving fun in cars that perform spectacular drifts on the mirror-smooth surface. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, we also have the chance to get behind the wheel ourselves and put our driving skills to the test on the ice. You will glide through the curves, the snow is about to swirl around and the adrenaline rises. Get ready for a winter adventure that will get your pulse racing!
Highlight 3
Husky sleigh ride
We are going to be visited by huskies directly at our MORELO camp! After an initial greeting from the lively animals, we wrap up warm and head off in a sled through snowy landscapes. The power of the dogs is impressive and gliding through nature is a unique experience. Afterwards, there is plenty of time to stroke the trusting dogs and learn more about their care and the technique of dog sledding.
