We will start our gathering at 6:00 PM in the Winter Garden Patzenfeld, where we will toast to the days ahead with a welcome aperitif. Afterwards, you will enjoy a lovingly prepared 3-course dinner, during which we will introduce the program for the upcoming days and give you an outlook on the special moments of the Winter Gathering.
 

SUNDAY, 16.03.2025

Today we’re heading to Austria! We will take a private bus to the Loacker Interactive Pastry Workshop, where you can create your own wafers. Departure is at 8:30 AM. After this crispy experience, you’ll continue by private bus to Lienz. There, we will enjoy an exclusive tour of the Falkensteiner Brewery, including a delicious beer tasting. Afterwards, you’ll have about 2 hours of free time to explore the sunny town of Lienz before heading back to the Caravan Park. After this exciting day, the evening is yours to spend as you wish.

MONDAY, 17.03.2025

Monday is all about skiing. You can start directly on your skis via the ski trail to Signaue or take the ski bus to Sexten, heading to the Rotwandwiesen or Helmjet lift, which departs at 9:35 AM. Varied slopes await you: relaxed fun on the easy blue and red runs for leisure skiers, and thrilling challenges for advanced skiers on the black slopes. Helm offers over 68 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts in total. Did you know that the steepest slope in Italy can be found in the Drei Zinnen ski area? Adrenaline junkies can prove their courage on the Holzriese run. For lunch, we’ll meet at 11:30 AM at the Hahnspielhütte, where a hearty 3-course menu awaits: delicious mountain herb tagliatelle with lamb ragout, followed by venison goulash with spaetzle, and for dessert, either tasty apple strudel or panna cotta.

After an eventful day on the slopes, we’ll round off the evening at 8:30 PM with an unforgettable pizza night accompanied by live music in the tavern.
 

TUESDAY, 18.03.2025

After the last two action-packed days, today is all about well-being. A three-hour access to the pool and sauna area is already included. If you would like to treat yourself to an extra dose of relaxation, we recommend a calming massage, a soothing treatment, or a revitalizing sports massage. In the evening, we invite you to a cozy barbecue at one of the pitches (the exact pitch number will be announced later).
 

WEDNESDAY, 19.03.2025

Today promises excitement and speed: the traditional Pöckel race is about to take place! Hikers will meet at 9:30 AM in front of the shop, and we will start our hike together with our guide towards Kreuzberg Pass. If you prefer, you can also take the public bus to the pass. Once there, the race will begin! After this thrilling competition, a traditional Bavarian white sausage breakfast with pretzels and beer awaits.

In the afternoon, at 5:00 PM, we’ll continue our program: we’ll hike to the Talschlusshütte, where you’ll be served a typical 3-course dinner. After dinner, things get romantic – each guest will receive a torch to light up the Fischleintal on our walk back.

THURSDAY, 20.03.2025

Today we’re heading to Cortina, one of the venues for the 2026 Olympic Games! There, you can take your time to stroll through the town, relax with an aperitif, and explore this charming place. As a special highlight, there is an opportunity to book a helicopter flight over the Drei Zinnen, Monte Cristallo, and Sorapis Lake – an unforgettable view of the Dolomites that you won’t soon forget. The flight will only take place if at least five people participate. The price per person is a maximum of €200, depending on the final number of participants.

Around 6:00 PM, the private bus will take you to a restaurant near Cortina, where we will end the day with a fine 3-course dinner.
 

FRIDAY, 21.03.2025

Your holiday is drawing to a close, but today you still have the chance to design the day entirely to your liking. Whether skiing, sledding, ice skating, cross-country skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing in the spa – the possibilities are almost endless! Use the day until about 4:00 PM to explore the campsite and the surrounding area at your leisure.

In the evening, we’ll meet at 7:00 PM at the Restaurant Patzenfeld for a specially selected 3-course dinner.
 

SATURDAY, 22.03.2025

To make sure everyone is well-fueled for the journey home, a generous brunch will be served in the tavern from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
