3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Farm tours with Simone & Armin Nürnberger, owners of the Nürnberger Group and partners in Wagyu-Frankenhöhe GbR 

2:00 PM: Bar opens

5:00 PM: Special guest with a gourmet experience

6:00 PM: Dinner: Wagyu BBQ multi-course menu, including smoker and fire plate variations, paired with appropriate sides

From 8:00 PM: Relaxed evening with music and a campfire
 

SATURDAY, APRIL 26, 2025

9:00 AM: Traditional Bavarian sausage breakfast

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Guided E-bike tour through scenic Franconia | Visit to a distillery | Grilling and meat consultation with Bastian Dorsch 

1:30 PM: Bus ride to Markus Meier's wine experience in Ulsenheim

2:30 PM: Come Together, light wine hike through the vineyards, followed by a wine tasting and cellar tour at the winery | Dinner: 3-course Wagyu dinner with big steak cuts (Tomahawk, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Club Steak) | Live music

Around 10:00 PM: Return bus ride to the farm | Relaxed evening

SUNDAY, APRIL 27, 2025

8:00 AM: Bread roll service | Grilling and meat consultation with Bastian Dorsch

10:00 AM: Optional guided E-bike tour

From 10:00 AM: Individual departure

SERVICES AND OTHER NOTES

Services: Overnight stays, farm tour, supporting program, Wagyu dinners on Friday and Saturday, 1 Bavarian sausage breakfast, bread roll service, musical entertainment, wine hike, and wine tasting

• 1.) Participation requires a self-sufficient MORELO motorhome and membership in the > MORELO VIP Customer Club
• 2.) Upon arrival, please first check in at the "Check-Inn" desk, after which you will be assigned your parking space
• 3.) The approximately 75 available parking spaces are primarily located on the adjacent meadows of the event venue
• 4.) Power supply is only available in exceptional cases (e.g., for operating medical devices)
• 5.) Waste disposal and water refilling are available on the farm
• 6.) Your four-legged friends are also warmly “WELCOME HOME”, but leashes are required throughout the premises
• 7.) Sturdy footwear and weatherproof clothing are recommended
• 8.) Participants in the E-bike tour must bring their own E-bikes; no bicycles will be provided
• 9.) The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not met; in such a case, the participation fee will be refunded
• 10.) Once booked and paid, cancellations are no longer possible
• 11.) Refunds of the paid participation fee are excluded
• 12.) Drinks at the farm and the winery outside the supporting program are not included in the price
• 13.) It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance
